Shipping

All items purchased will ship directly from our warehouse in Italy.

US Delivery Addresses:

All taxes, fees, and customs costs are included in the shipping cost for shipments to the US.

Non-US Delivery Addresses:

Shipments going to Canada or other non-US countries will be required to pay any applicable taxes, fees, and customs fees upon delivery due to the variability of these charges. Please contact us for a quote for these fees before placing your order. 

Orders will ship within 2 business days after an order is received, and usually arrive within 5 business days to the continental US and Canada. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments 
  • We can't ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO
  • We recommend shipping to a location that you will be present at. WE are not responsible for packages that are left unattended. 
  • Delivery times not guaranteed. 

Customer Return Policy

Here at The Suntop, we want you to absolutely love your new top. We are committed to providing high quality products that you will love for years to come. 

If you have any questions or concerns at any point, please contact us using the form provided. We will respond within 24 hours. 

You may return any Suntop product within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided that the top is still unopened and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the return must be shipped within 3 business days of return approval. We cannot accept returns that are damaged due to negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or have been installed. 

Policies

  • These policies are for product purchased directly from our website. Products purchased from other retailers will follow that company's policies. 
  • To return an item, please contact us via the Contact Us page to obtain an Return Authorization number. Items sent back without an RA number will not be processed. 
  • All products must be returned with all of the components, manuals, and any additional items in their original box. 
  • All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Original shipping, tax, and handing costs are not refundable. 
  • Your refund, less the re-stocking fee will be processed within 48 hours. 

Damaged Shipments

If your top arrived and has been damaged by the shipper, please contact us immediately. Please take photographs of the damage, and keep all items. 

Hold Harmless Agreement

  1. In purchasing Suntop product I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Suntop and Rycar Media (hereinafter "The Company"), or any of its members, officers, servants, agents, or employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as Releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever allegedly arising out of or related in a way to this product and whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. This product is sold on an "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Under no circumstances shall The Company be liable for any special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages.
  1. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the use of a this product and I elect to voluntarily engage in such use of this product knowing that the use may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me (or anyone else), or any loss or damage to property owned by me (or anyone else), as a result of using this product, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. 
  1. To the extent permitted by New York State law, I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court cost and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my alleged use or ownership of this product, whether caused by negligence of Releasees or otherwise. 
  1. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above named releasees. I further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement.

By accepting this product, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the above Waiver and Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and accept it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral presentations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.

If you do not agree with the preceding Hold Harmless Agreement, you may return the product and receive a full refund. Please, contact The Company sales representative and they will begin the return process. Once the product has been received by The Company a full refund will be issued.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Suntop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether The Company signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
