All items purchased will ship directly from our warehouse in Italy.
US Delivery Addresses:
All taxes, fees, and customs costs are included in the shipping cost for shipments to the US.
Non-US Delivery Addresses:
Shipments going to Canada or other non-US countries will be required to pay any applicable taxes, fees, and customs fees upon delivery due to the variability of these charges. Please contact us for a quote for these fees before placing your order.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after an order is received, and usually arrive within 5 business days to the continental US and Canada.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments
- We can't ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO
- We recommend shipping to a location that you will be present at. WE are not responsible for packages that are left unattended.

Customer Return Policy
Here at The Suntop, we want you to absolutely love your new top. We are committed to providing high quality products that you will love for years to come.
If you have any questions or concerns at any point, please contact us using the form provided. We will respond within 24 hours.
You may return any Suntop product within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided that the top is still unopened and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the return must be shipped within 3 business days of return approval. We cannot accept returns that are damaged due to negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or have been installed.
- These policies are for product purchased directly from our website. Products purchased from other retailers will follow that company's policies.
- To return an item, please contact us via the Contact Us page to obtain an Return Authorization number. Items sent back without an RA number will not be processed.
- All products must be returned with all of the components, manuals, and any additional items in their original box.
- All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Original shipping, tax, and handing costs are not refundable.
- Your refund, less the re-stocking fee will be processed within 48 hours.
If your top arrived and has been damaged by the shipper, please contact us immediately. Please take photographs of the damage, and keep all items.
